Ferries to and from Milazzo

Ustica Lines runs a fleet of 25 high-speed vessels, each ship equipped with air-conditioned rooms, TV, music, reclining seats and an onboard bar serving refreshments and snacks. The fastest ships can reach speeds of 36 knots.

There are many shops, restaurants and hotels on the seafront as the port is central to the city of Milazzo.

Getting to Milazzo

The train station is 3km south of the city centre and bus services are available from the port. From the train station, Milazzo is connected to Messina, Palermo and Cefalu.

About Milazzo

Milazzo is a traditional port city with the majority of tourists heading out to the Aeolian Islands, or coming in from them to explore Sicily. However, Milazzo does have some beautiful sights in the old town including the castle which offers spectacular views. Entrance to the castle is free of charge.
